The new and comfortably furnished ground floor apartment with a separate entrance is quiet in the city center. The old town with its rustic half-timbered houses and the Frankhaus can be reached in about 3 minutes. There is the market place and cozy restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlors. Butchers, bakeries and supermarkets are within a radius of 300 - 500 m. The Wonnemar thermal spa is only about 900 m away. There is a golf course, tennis, mini golf and fishing. Numerous hiking and cycling excursion routes - e.g. B. along the Main, to the nearby bathing lake, in the beautiful Spessart and the surrounding castles, castles, cities, villages with the popular Franconian wine / hedges. There are two bedrooms - each with a double bed -, a living room with a double sofa bed, TV and stereo, and a bright bathroom with window / tub / shower - hairdryer and separate toilet.
