Positive: This accomodation could have easily been a perfect one. The neighborhood, the building, the friendly owner were very promising. We even got an appartement which was bigger than the one on the pictures with a big balcony. So, for the first sight everything just seemed perfect and cozy.

Negative: This appartement was the most dirty accomodation we have ever stayed at. It really needs a deep cleaning. It wasn't only the dirt after the previous guests but from the past years: spider webs, dust and dirt under and behind and on the surface of the furnitures, the floor, buttons... and everywhere. It was shocking and disappointing... and even disgusting, especially compared to Austrian standards. Also, it was a way less well-equipped appartement than what we usually experience at other places. E.g., we missed basic things, such as paper kitchen towel or bag for the trash (at least one put in the bin)... and many others. After a simple wall paint, a very deep and regular cleaning and with a bit more attention to details, this accomodation could easily become an exceptional appartement. Now it is not, and I wouldn't consider staying here again because of the dirtyness of it.
