Casa Amigo is an authentic and charming cottage of 125m2 where you as a
family, couple, or as a group of friends can find your peace all year round in a natural and peaceful environment.
The house is located on the first floor and can be reached via a private entrance. The owners live on the groundfloor. However, total privacy is guaranteed!!
The house consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 terraces and 4 bedrooms. The 2nd bathroom is situated outside the house in a seperate room. This bathroom has 2 showers, a sink and a toilet.
The bedrooms are equiped as follows:
2 bedrooms with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00)
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190)
1 bedroom with a bunk bed
For the little ones we have a bedstead or camp bed available.
From both terraces you have a beautiful view over the valley and the
garden. The garden is completely fenced and there are olive trees, orange trees, almond trees, walnut trees, bunches of grapes and many beautiful flowers. All fruits and nuts can and may be picked.
At the pool you can relax on a lounger or swim in the sun-heated water.
There are toys for the children. The pool is also completely fenced.
From Casa Amigo you can make fun, sporting and cultural trips. and
there is sufficient entertainment for children.
This region is ideal for hiking, wall climbing, cycling and mountain biking. You can also play golf or go horseback riding nearby. You can also make several walks departing from the house various from 15 minutes to 2 hours.
There are brochures and information folders in the house with all kind of information about what to do in the area.
Casa Amigo is about half an hour's drive from Valencia airport and 40 minutes from the sandy beaches and the city of Valencia.
We have a parking space with place for 2 cars.
It is not possible to organize big parties at Casa Amigo. The house is suitable for maximum 8 persons.
* Our arrival and departure days and times are flexible. This means that on you day of departure you still can stay the whole day.
* We do not have a minimum stay of 7 nights, if you want to come 1 night that is also ok.
* Our location is perfect for workshops or coaching.
* There are 7 beaches in the area which all can be reached within 40 minutes.
Because Casa Amigo is located in a quiet urbanisation, you should take into account the following rules:
* The owners live on the groundfloor.
* Between 23.00 and 08.00 it must be quiet. It is then not allowed to make noise and play music in and outside the house.
* No loud music by the pool or outside.
* We have room for a maximum of 2 cars. It is not possible to park several cars (not even in the immediate vicinity).
* It is not allowed to celebrate birthdays, parties or other events.
* Additional guests or visits are only possible in consultation with the owners.
