Splendid villa at 400m from the closest beach, spectacular sea view, Formentera and Las Salinas, situated in the countryside and surrounded by trees, completely fenced with automatic gate and remote control.
An incredible villa, located on the top of a cliff with breathtaking views to the sea and Formentera on the background, you can enjoy a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere, but still 15 min drive away from the wide range of restaurants, bars and amenities of Ibiza town. Just at a 3 min drive we find “Cala Jondal” beach and at 8 min. walking we find the Phoenician settlement of Sa Caleta, one of the first settlements on the islands. The villa, that can accommodate up to 8 persons, has 4 bedrooms (1 suite with double bed, 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 with twin beds) and 4 bathrooms, a luminous equipped kitchen, one living room with flat screen Sat TV and DVD, and another living room which overlooks the pool area and the sea behind. Also a lounge with a bar to have a drink, barbecue in the garden, terraces, A/C, Wifi, alarm system, pool with sunbeds and parasols. The villa has several terraces with outdoor furniture to stay in the shadow and in the sun like sofas, armchairs, tables, sun beds, parasols, a little chill-out, benches... There is a covered dining area besides the barbecue (this with bar, and a little sink). The private swimming pool is 10 X 5 m with sea views, and has an exterior teak shower to refresh yourself in hot days. Garden with fruit trees where you can stroll around, also you can go for a walk in the forest that surrounds the villa with no cars, no noises and discover the charming area of the Salinas Natural Park. The villa is divided in two houses: one of them accommodates the clients, and the other can accommodate the domestic service they can have. Or also one can be for our guests and the other for invited friends, keeping privacy each one. A safety box is also available, as well as security alarm and the property is compretely fenced.
