The main part of the house is made up of the master bedroom, a very large living room area with 3 sofas, very high ceilings with fan, a lounge chair opening onto a patio with fountain, a half-tail piano, a very large terrace with a table for 12 people and benches and sofa, a rustic kitchen open to the patio, a toilet, a gymnasium and a linen room. The main bedroom (180 cm bed) is made up of 2 rooms with 2 French windows overlooking the garden and the swimming pool, a fireplace, a ceiling fan, a dressing room and a bathroom with shower and bath, is in the main part of the House. The guest wing consists of 4 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms; one (160 bed) opening onto its private terrace with access also to the roof to another terrace with sea view, 2 other beautiful bedrooms (160 beds) which overlook the garden and a last one with bunk beds ( 90 beds) for adults and integrated bathroom (ideal for children or a service person). The 6th bedroom and its micro-cement bathroom directly overlooks the swimming pool (150 bed).
Each guest therefore has direct access to their bedroom and the kitchen, which gives the house great independence and convenience.
The 3000-meter garden is made up of a large lawn area, typical vegetation areas (many cacti, yucas, bougainvillea, laurels, vines, fig and lavender), nooks and crannies in hammocks and beds in the shade of palm trees and pines and a large pétanque track. A chillout / barbecue area, a large equipped and illuminated chillout terrace on the roof of the house with views of the sea and Cap Nono.
