Beautiful Villa Olivella is located in the picturesque village of Betlem and only 200 metres from the sea.
It is a cosy family house in 2 parts and is separated by a courtyard. In its outdoor area there is a swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace with sea view, which borders with a small garden area. Inside there is the master bedroom en suite with air conditioning, the fully equipped kitchen and the bright living/dining room with panoramic windows. In the other wing of the house there are two more bedrooms, both with bathroom en suite and air conditioning.
