The lounge and terraces are south east facing with sun until mid afternoon, but benefits from welcome shade in the hot afternoons – making it excellent for summer rentals. The partially covered patio area has a large dining table, six chairs and a parasol. The patio is private and fully enclosed with a gate leading directly onto the well maintained communal gardens and pool area. The pool is overseen by a life-guard - making it ideal for families with younger children. The house has Spanish digital TV (including Disney Channel). 2 parking spaces in the private underground car park, keeps your car cool and secure during your stay.
