Die Ferienwohnungen sind im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses, die Fenster sind noch Original aus den 1920ern, alles ist etwas schief aber mit viel Liebe ausgestattet. Die Wohnung liegt mit Blick auf den auf den Watzmann und auf den Staufen in Schwarzbach Marzoll. Direkt 400 m entfernt vom Freibad, ca. 300 m vom Tennisplatz, ca. 100 m in die Marzollerau an die Saalach, ca. 200 m von der Bushaltestelle zur Linie 1, die direkt in die Stadt Bad Reichenhall fährt und ca. 200 m von der Bushaltestelle zum Bus nach Salzburg rein. Wir sind ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Flughafen entfernt und auch die Autobahn ist ca. 3 Minuten entfernt, so dass wir bestens angebunden sind. Das Wagnerhaus steht in einem Ensemble mit anderen alten Häusern und einer alten Kapelle die alle von der Bauzeit rund um 1650 liegen. Es ist optimal gelegen für Liebhaber des Geochachings, denn in Gehdistanz, denn in gehdistanz befinden sich viele interessante Chaches. Wir sind im Wegenetz für Radfahrer optimal positioniert. Von hier aus können Touren in allen Leistungsstufen gestartet werden.

Es ist ein kleiner Ofen im Schlafzimmer, so dass bei Bedarf auch ein gemütlich prasselndes Feuer möglich ist (Holz vorhanden, kann dazu gekauft werden). Bei Bedarf kann ein Zustellbett in der Wohnküche untergebracht werden. Zur restlichen Beheizung ist ein Nachtspeicherofen vorhanden.
