The holiday home is located on the northern shore of Lake Balaton between the spa town of Balatonfüred (approx. 10 km) and Balatonalmádi (approx. 10 km) in the village of Alsóörs. It is situated in a sunny south-facing position in a quiet settlement characterised by detached houses and holiday homes.
The 70 m² holiday home has a living/dining room with satellite TV, a small kitchen, a bedroom with a queen-size bed (140 cm) and a bathroom with shower and WC on the ground floor. On the upper floor you will find a larger bedroom with a double bed, sofa and access to the 8 m² balcony, a smaller room with a double bed (140 cm) and a WC. The house is for your sole use. It is a brick house with functional furnishings. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, microwave, kettle and toaster.
On the south side there is a cosy terrace (approx. 12 m²) with patio furniture and barbecue. The sunbathing lawn is ideal for children. Two garden loungers are available. The plot is about 700 m² in size. You can park two cars on it, the driveway is 2.42 m wide. The property is not fenced off from the neighbours, so it is not suitable for dogs.
The lakeshore is located 300 metres south of the house, but is not accessible at this point. The large, well-kept, child-friendly beach with trees and sunbathing lawn is about 1 km away. There is a grocery shop, fruit stands and restaurants near the beach. There is a bus stop about 100 metres from the house. The buses go to the beach and to the district town of Veszprém.
A little further north are the vineyards, which are ideal for short excursions and day hikes. Veszprém (approx. 20 km), a beautiful county town with a castle district, was the seat of the Hungarian queens in the Middle Ages. Today, the castle houses the episcopal residence. The capital Budapest is also easily accessible by car, bus and train (approx. 120 km).
