Summary: This hotel is not at the Dormero standards. First, I have been downgraded, and when I claimed they gave me a bigger room. However, it was noisy, due to close to the elevators. The Sauna does not work, while there was no information and that this is a key selection criteria for me. Last but not least, I raised my comments but have not no reply at all. Even at check-out, they simply ask me to put my card on the box, even not a small 'sorry'. Overall, a bad customer experience. Sorry to say. At least, there are rooms for improvement.
