Die neue, helle Ferienwohnung (2017, 68 m2) mit eigenem Zugang, großer Dachterrasse und tollem Ausblick befindet sich im Obergeschoss. Sie ist Teil eines Passivhauses und verfügt über ein Lüftungssystem, damit stets Frischluft vorhanden ist. Die Unterkunft ist aufgeteilt in Flur, Bad, zwei Schlafzimmern und Wohn- Essraum. Die Räume sind mit Natursteinfliesen, Eichenfußböden und Massivholztüren ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung besteht aus modernen Naturholzmöbeln. Im Wohnbereich befindet sich eine komplette Küchenzeile mit Esstisch und Stühlen nebst Polstermöbeln, TV-SAT und Radio. Ein Schlafzimmer beinhaltet ein Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank und ein Sofa. Das Einzelzimmer hat Bett und Kleiderschrank. Die Dusche im Bad ist ebenerdig. Die Ferienwohnung besitzt eine Fußbodenheizung und im Wohnraum zusätzlich einen Holzofen.
