The property was completely gutted, the trusses were refurbished and a total of 10 perfectly tailored, climatic, technical well-being units were prepared using only building biologically selected and natural materials. The outer facade has been preserved, including the wood-clay compartments and the masonry made of natural bricks behind it. Inside, a purely natural insulation plaster and insulation materials were used to ensure a perfect climate, the expansion itself was carried out with sand-lime brick and in a wooden construction. The apartments themselves are perfect for self-catering with cozy.
