Located in the corner of the building, facing south and west, next to the beaches, the promenade and the center. It is one of those few apartments with direct access to the beach and the promenade, without having to cross streets, overpasses or highways. Not only will you be able to see the sea, but you will also be able to hear the murmur of the waves and feel the smell of the sea breeze. On June 22, the living room furniture was renovated, installing a new sofa and armchair, as well as a new silent ceiling fan with electronic control. The bed and mattress in the master bedroom also have recently been changed.
