Our charming farmhouse has 5 spacious double bedrooms, of which 2 are equipped with a rustic corner seat and a table and another bedroom with a sunbathing lawn integrated in the bay, which invites you to linger, with a wonderful view of the Kaiser and the Antonius chapel. All bedrooms have box spring beds, Smart TV and Wi-Fi, here you can retire in peace (Wi-Fi can also be disabled on request).
The farmhouse welcomes you with a spacious plant garden and a sunny terrace, which you reach via the private car park with space for 3-4 cars.
On the ground floor you will find a spacious hallway with cloakroom and access to the sports cellar. In this level you will also find 3 bedrooms and the rustic kitchen, which has been preserved and restored as much as possible in its original condition. The old kitchen has a wine cellar with a large old wooden table and vaulted ceilings, where you can enjoy fine wines and end the day in a relaxed atmosphere. Furthermore, there is 1 bathroom and a guest toilet on this level.
Upstairs you will find the modern kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee maker, and the necessary kitchen utensils.
Over the generous corridor which is equipped with a farmhouse typical "divan" and a piano, you get to the two other bedrooms and the living room. The room is equipped with a spacious lawn and a dining table with corner seat. For entertainment in the group, a Smart TV and a Play Station 4 are available.
