Unser Blockferienhaus läßt keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus ist besonders geeignet für Familien mit Kindern und Erholungssuchende, die Ihren Urlaub mit Ihrem Hund verbringen möchten.Die Möbel im Haus sind massiv. Das Haus verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer - eines mit Doppelbett, grossem Kleiderschrank und Spiegel, das andere (Kinderzimmer) mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem Hochbett und Kleiderschrank. Die Betten (außer dem Hochbett) sind mit verstellbaren Lattenrosten sowie Qualitäts-Matratzen ausgestattet. Im Elternschlafzimmer befindet sich ein Hotelsafe und für alle Fälle ein Erste-Hlfe-Schrank. Es erwartet Sie ein Wohn-Esszimmer mit gemütlicher Sitzgruppe, Sat-TV (LCD), VHS-Videorecorder, DVD-Player und Stereoanlage mit CD und WLAN (kostenlos). In der Essecke lädt ein grosser Tisch mit Stühlen zur Brotzeit oder geselligem Beisammensein ein. Zur Möblierung gehört ein Sideboard mit Eßgeschirr und Gläsern. Die kleine Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit 4-Platten-Herd (Ceranfeld), Backofen und Dunstabzug. Ebenfalls vorhanden sind ein hoch eingebauter Kühlschrank mit ***-Fach, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und div. Klein-Elektrogeräten. Geschirr und Bestecke sind für 10 Personen vorhanden und auch Töpfe und Pfannen mit dem nötigen Zubehör werden Sie in unterschiedlichen Größen vorfinden. Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett und Wäschegestell gehören auch zur Ausstattung. In unserem Duschbad mit WC befindet sich ein Waschbecken mit Unterschrank, ein Fön, Spiegel und Ablage, ausreichend Handtuchhalter und Haken. Die Duschabtrennung ist fest eingebaut. Im Wohnzimmer und den beiden Schlafzimmer sind Rauchmelder installiert. Im Aussenbereich befindet sich eine überdachte Holzterrasse mit Gartenmöbeln und Sonnenschirm sowie ein abschliessbarer Anbau für Fahrräder u. Ski oder was Sie sonst noch mitbringen möchten. Die Terrasse ist mit einem Holztürchen verschliessbar (ideal, wenn Sie einen Hund mitbringen). Ein Kinderspielplatz ist vorhanden. Unser Kfz.-Abstellplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Gegen Gebühr ist die Nutzung von Waschmaschine, Trockner, Sauna und Massage möglich. Der Eintritt in das Naturbad im Schlosspark Stamsried ist für unsere Hausgäste frei. Unser Ferienhaus hat die DTV F*** - Klassifizierung und ist ein Nichtraucherhaus !
