Small apartment on the ground floor with a terrace and a mountain view
This holiday apartment is on the ground floor of a house in a quiet, sunny location on a little residential estate, just outside of Ruhpolding and away from traffic noise, as well as with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain world. A relaxing stay is guaranteed here. The atmosphere of well-being of a stylish apartment building renovated in 2015 will ensure a pleasant stay. You can walk to the centre along the wonderful Traun in about 25 minutes. You can set out on various simple walks from the doorstep.
The accommodation provides an ample ca. 55m² of living space for up to four people. The living and dining room has a pull-out sofa with a slatted frame (160cm wide), a coffee table, a flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a dining table with chairs. The adjoining kitchen unit is equipped with a stove, a dish washer, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (ca. 180cm wide), a table with a chair and a wardrobe. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer. All the rooms have heating and free Wi-Fi. The apartment is laid with parquet flooring. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided free of charge. A change of towels is also free of charge.
The living room opens onto the private south-facing terrace, which has been renovated with attention to detail and which is ideal to retreat to. From here you can enjoy a view of the shared garden and the surrounding mountains. You can share use of the garden. You can use the laundry room in the cellar on request and for a small fee. Our house also has a lockable bicycle/ski storage room. You can park your car on one of five private and free spaces. Pets are not allowed.
It is a non-smoking house, so all the indoor and outdoor areas are non-smoking zones. As the owner lives on site, you have a direct contact person in the event of any queries.
