Located in Aldea de Alharilla, it has 1 king bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms which can have 1 additional bed. Large outdoor patio with swimming pool, bathroom, oven and barbecue. The pool has an area where children can stand up. Large living room with bar and fireplace, full kitchen. Ideal for enjoying the countryside, hiking, etc... The village is very quiet and safe, the children can run free, there is no traffic and it is next to the olive grove which can be accessed directly from the courtyard! You can also visit olive oil mills and during the olive season from November to February you can also visit the olive harvest in the fields. We also have a vegetable garden right next to the house and depending on the season, you can try some of the vegetables we grow! It is ideal to go with pets or children as it is located in the main area of the village, with no car traffic and with a large meadow in front of the house. In the village you can visit the Ermita de la Virgen de Alharilla, the third most important pilgrimage in Andalucia in the month of May.In the Aldea de Alharilla you can enjoy the best starry sky in the countryside of Jaen due to the low light pollution. The village belongs to the town of Porcuna, with important historical monuments such as the Tower of Boadbil or the Stone House, historical monument since 1982. Tradition has it that the last Arab king of Granada was imprisoned in this tower. Imposing for its height and good preservation, it is one of the most beautiful defensive constructions in Andalusia.The house is perfectly located, only 30 minutes from Jaen and 30 minutes from Cordoba.Parking is not a problem, in Aldea de Alharilla you can park outside without any problem. The nearest village is Porcuna, which can be reached on foot by a lane that was recently opened, although the journey should be done without haste.... By car it is less than 5 minutes away. There is a petrol station nearby and other villages such as Arjonilla, Arjona and Lopera are also close by.
