Die Ausstattung mit großem Wohnzimmer, Speisezimmer mit offener Küche lassen Sie Ihren Urlaub entspannt genießen. Eine Garage und mehrere Stellplätze sind vorhanden. Freizeitangebote für Jung und Alt finden sich am Ort und in der näheren Umgebung. Im Sommer gibt es eine Vielzahl an Wanderwegen, Möglichkeiten zum Radeln und Mountainbiken, den Erlebnisberg Hocheck (Sommerrodelbahn, Waldseilgarten, Sagenweg, Oberaudorfer Flieger), Badeseen etc. Im benachbarten Kiefersfelden befindet sich eine Wasserskianlage. Im Winter kann man am Skigebiet Hocheck (mit Rodelbahn und Flutlichtbetrieb) oder im Skiparadies Sudelfeld Skifahren oder Snowboarden. Langlaufloipen sind bei entsprechender Schneelage gespurt. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es sowohl eine Dusche mit Waschbecken und Waschmaschine als auch ein separates WC. Eine offene Holztreppe führt in das helle Obergeschoss. Hier finden Sie drei separate Schlafzimmer (2 mit Doppelbetten, 1 mit zwei Einzelbetten / 2 Zimmer davon mit Balkon) und ein Bad mit Badewanne und WC. Das Haus ist mit max. 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kinder bis 12 Jahre belegbar.
