This over 400 year old farmhouse is being converted into a eco-friendly and luxurious holiday rental with historic charm. The house will be ready at the end of 2022. The pictures show the present progress. Rentals will start in Febuary 2023.
The house is located in Polling a historically important village in a panoramic part of the alpine region.
Please note, that the property can be rented by smaller groups. A one bedroom rental would include the complete ground floor (1 bedroom with attached bathroom, sitting room, entree, large luxury kitchen-dining room, guest toilet, gym room) the first floor and top floor would be shut. A two bedroom rental would include a second bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. A three bedroom rental would include the entire ground floor and first floor with the large living area. When rented with 4 or more bedrooms the bedrooms and bathrooms on the top floor would be made available as well. In each case, the house is rented exclusively to one party only.
