This modern airy south facing basement apartment available for seasonal rentals with two sun terraces and private entrance is only a few minutes walk through wooded dunes to a fantastic blue flag sandy beach and includes bikes that are free to use to explore the area during your stay.
It has a large open plan living area including a well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, small dining table and a flat screen TV with channels to cater for most languages. There is high speed Fibre Optic WIFI (up to 600MB) and a hot and cold air conditioning unit (on a pay as you use basis).
There are two bedrooms which includes a master bedroom with a king size bed, large fitted wardrobe with chest of drawers, ceiling fan and safe. The small bedroom has a double bed with clothes storage and floor standing fan.
The large bathroom has a walk in shower, basin with backlit mirror and WC with towels included.
Outside there’s south facing lower sun terrace with parasol ideal for eating and drinking and then there’s the upper terrace where you can use the loungers to soak up the sun. The award winning beach is only a short walk through the pine dunes and during the summer is patrolled by lifeguards and is perfect for walking either to La Mata one way or Guardamar the other.
There are three restaurant/bars and a small supermarket within easy walking distance. One of the restaurants (El Bosque Animado) regularly features live music at the weekends.
The typically Spanish coastal town of La Mata is approx 25 mins walk away where you'll find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops to suit all tastes and a well stocked Supermarket. The larger towns of Torrevieja and Guardamar are also just a few minutes drive or taxi ride away.
There is a very good Cycle Path that runs all the way into Guardamar or La Mata in the opposite direction where you can use the bikes to explore one of the many Salt Lakes and Nature Reserves and beyond.
There are two bikes available to use free of charge with helmets provided.
