Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig am Fuße des Riedlbergs. Die gemütliche Wohnung mit ca. 80 qm liegt im Erdgeschoss, ist für 2 bis 4 Personen geeignet und im modernen Landhausstil eingerichtet. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett (180 x 200 cm) ausgestattet. Im Wohnbereich finden Sie außerdem eine Schlafcouch (100/140 x 180 cm), ein großer TV mit DVD/CD-Player und einen Radio mit iPod- oder iPhone-Dock. Der großzügige Wohn-Essbereich verfügt über eine Küche mit voller Ausstattung: Herd/Backofen, Spülmaschine, Mikro, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mixer, Eier- und Wasserkocher. Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine Regendusche, eine Sauna, ein WC, ein Kosmetikspiegel und ein Föhn. Außerdem ist ein weiteres Badezimmer mit großer Dusche und WC vorhanden. Auf der großen Süd-Terrasse (30qm) mit Markise und überdachtem Freisitz auf der Westseite finden 4 Personen Platz.
