We present our large duplex flat located in the centre of the capital parish, Andorra la Vella. Characterised by its modern design and its perfect location with great views.
Literally walking distance to all the services that the centre of Andorra has to offer. Only 3 minutes walk from the Principality's bus station.
We want to guarantee the comfort of visitors without the need to travel by car in a well-connected luxury residential area that has all the utensils to guarantee a perfect holiday.
This newly built property has 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has 1 single bed and the other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds. All the bedrooms share two complete bathrooms with shower. It also has a spacious living room with an independent American style kitchen with dining area and all the necessary appliances. It includes a parking space for a medium size car.
It has a first floor totally diaphanous for the enjoyment of our guests.
The location is unbeatable. If the objective is the comfort of staying in the centre, our flat will allow you to forget about the car and enjoy the best restaurants, spas, shops, pubs and any need you may have.
It is also in a location that will allow you to move comfortably to different locations in the Principality.
A 10-minute walk from Andorra's busiest shopping area (Avinguda Meritxell).
Less than 5 minutes on foot from any service you may require.
Only 10 minutes by car from the Engolasters lake and all the hiking / climbing and via ferrata routes that the area has to offer.
10 minutes from the first ski lifts. You can choose between Vallnord or Grandvalira.
