Casa Garigal is a private Andalusian villa located on the edge of the village (cortijo) of Cabrera in the Sierra Cabrera Mountains. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms as well as a private pool. Fabulous mountain views available wherever you look.
It is located in a quiet road along with 2 other villas.
The front door opens into a hallway with access to bedrooms 2 and 3, bathroom 2 and the main open plan living room, as well as the terrace. French doors from the living room also lead to the terrace and to the front of the villa.
The living room also leads to the kitchen as well as the stairs to the master bedroom and bathroom 1.
The front terrace is perfect for breakfast whereas the rear terrace with the pool is often preferred throughout the day. Shade is provided with a pergola with a rattan roof.
The villa has double doors front and back enabling the breeze to keep the villa cool in the height of the summer. The master bedroom has a window with fly screen and sliding door with fly screen plus a Moroccan dome which also keep the room cool.
If of course it gets really hot there is air conditioning in the main living room and all the bedrooms.
This villa is our Spanish home but in the summer we return to the UK and it is available for short term rentals.
