Die gemütliche neu renovierte Wohnung verfügt über einen Wohn/Schlafraum, Duche/WC, einer voll ausgestatteter Küche und einer kleinen Terrasse. Direkt vor unserem haus befinden sich edie schönen Rad- und Wanderwege an der Saalach. Gaststätte, Bäcker und Bushaltestelle sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Dank unserer zentralen Lage bieten sich auch Ausflüge in die Mozartstadt Salzburg oder Berchtesgaden mit dem Königssee an. Bademöglichkeiten gibt es am herrlichen Thumsee oder dem Freibad Marzoll. Bergtouren auf den Staufen, dem Zwiesel, oder mit der Gondel auf den Predigtstuhl zu einer zünftigen Brotzeit in der Schlegelmulde sind immer wieder ein Erlebnis. Zum Entspanne laden der Kurgarten mit dem Gradierhaus oder die RupertusTherme mit ihrem tollem Sauna- und Wellnessbereich ein.
