Mai 1875 seiner Bestimmung übergeben und eingeweiht. Es beherbergte die Gemeindeverwaltung, das Rathszimmer , eine Lehrerwohnung und zwei Klassenräume . In den Jahren 2007 bis 2017 wurde das Gebäude von uns grundlegend saniert, technisch auf den aktuellen Stand gebracht und die historische Bausubstanz restauriert, so dass es nun wieder in seiner alten Pracht erstrahlt und seiner neuen Nutzung zugeführt werden konnte. Die Schulwohnung ist 60 qm gross und verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett , ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit einem zubuchbarem großen Schlafsofa (B: 140 cm) mit Sat TV , Küche mit Essecke sowie Spülmaschine und ein Tageslicht Bad mit barrierefreier Dusche sowie Badewanne. Sie ist mit hochwertigen Antiquitäten und Designer Möbel, in einem zeitgemäßen Mix, ausgestattet. Der Garten im Hof und im Gärtchen steht ihnen natürlich zur Mitbenutzung offen.
