Fully equipped kitchen and tea/coffee/cereal provided. Note: California King in Orange Room has extra thick comfy topper pad...bed can be converted to two king singles for people wanting to sleep separately. Two bedrooms are upstairs along with bathroom/toilet and third bedroom is downstairs off internal access garage. Washing machine/dryer.
