We offer you a small, cozy, and affordable place to stay with a bedroom/living area (approx. 6.5 square meters). You can sleep comfortably in two single beds (80 x 200 cm, convertible into a double bed), even if you’re just passing through and decide to stay for one night on a whim.

Two chairs and a garden table are available on the small, partially covered south-facing terrace for unwinding at the end of the day. Here, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the Lusatian landscape with its forests, meadows, and fields.

Showers and restrooms are available in the shared bathroom area.

In the small shared guest kitchen, you can prepare food you’ve brought with you in a microwave. If needed, you can use the available washing machine.

Of course, free Wi-Fi is available. You’re also welcome to use the parking spaces and a bike room with lockable bike racks, charging stations for e-bikes, and a small DIY repair corner—all free of charge.

Towels and bed linens (linens package) can be added to your booking for a small fee.

The Tiny House was newly built in 2023.

Pets (up to 60 cm shoulder height) are allowed in the “FLORIS” Tiny House (add-on required). Please be sure to contact us regarding bringing pets before your arrival.

Note regarding vacations with dogs:
- No “listed” dog breeds are permitted
- Maximum of 1 dog; the dog must be well-socialized, as the landlord’s dog is allowed to roam freely on the property
- Dogs must be kept on a leash
- Dog height limited to 0.60 m
- Dogs must be declared at the time of booking
- Accommodation for dogs is subject to a fee
- Amenities: Water bowl, towels, and a place to clean your dog’s paws are provided
- Meadows and the lake are within walking distance—the property is fenced, and the garden is available for use

The swimming beach at Sedlitzer Lake is about 250 m from your accommodation. Camping and campsites are available upon request.
Here, you’ll spend your vacation on a four-sided farmstead with historic architecture and enjoy unobstructed views of the Lusatian countryside with its forests, meadows, and fields.

You can relax wonderfully on the south-facing terraces associated with each unit, some of which are covered and equipped with beautiful patio furniture and a grill (not in the Tiny Houses). Sun loungers are available for you in the private garden area of each unit.

You can also book the YANNIC and FLORIS Tiny Houses on short notice for just one night. Showers and restrooms for these stays are located in the shared
restroom area (approx. 20 m away), and you can prepare your own food in the small shared kitchen (microwave only).
