Das Zweifamilienhaus verfügt über zwei separate Ferienwohnungen, die entweder einzeln oder gesamt gebucht werden können. Das Haus ist am Bach gelegen mit herrlichem Bergblick in ruhiger Ortswohnlage. Ausgangspunkt für schöne Fahrradtouren und Wanderungen. "Rein kommen und Wohlfühlen" lautet das Motto der beiden XXL Ferienwohnungen.

mein Name ist "Zweite Heimat 1", ich bin eine XXL Ferienwohnung in der Ortsmitte vom wunderschönen Übersee.
Außerdem bin ich 110 qm groß, und habe eine große Terrasse mit perfektem Ausblick auf die Chiemgauer Alpen.
Aufgeteilt bin ich in ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, einer praktischen Küche, einem Badezimmer und zwei gemütlichen Schlafzimmern.
Somit kannst du mich für 4 Personen + Kinderbett mieten. Wenn du mit noch mehr Freunden oder Familie mich besuchen kommst, kannst du auch meine Schwester "Zweite Heimat 2" dazubuchen, sie hat die selben Grundrisse wie ich und somit hast du einen ganzes Haus mit 220qm für dich und deine Liebsten allein. Natürlich kann man die "Zweite Heimat 2" auch einzeln haben.
Zu meiner Umgebung. In 3 Minuten erreichst du den Chiemsee mit dem Bus, der 100m vor meiner Haustür hält oder du machst einen schönen Spaziergang zum See, lernst dabei den Luftkurort Übersee kennen und bist in 20 min am See.
Zu den nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Edeka, Apotheke,...) bist du circa 5 min zu Fuß unterweg.
Mehrere wunderschönen Orte sind auch in meiner Umgebung zum Beispiel: Salzburg (30min), Ruhpolding (20min), Berchtesgaden (50min) und viele andere attraktive Ortschaften.
