The apartment enjoys the comfort of being only 200m from the Großer Ötscher - 2-seater chairlift. This lift takes you comfortably to the refuge on the Großer Ötscher even in the summer months. Hiking trails lead past the house. On hot summer days, a trip to the Ötschergräben or to the Lunzer or Erlaufsee is worthwhile. There is a shoe dryer in the entrance area, which can also be used for your wet hiking shoes in summer. Despite the central location, the house is very quiet and has no traffic.
