The house has 4 bedrooms and a sofa bed for 2 people, with a maximum capacity of 9 people maximum. It has a private pool, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc ... a large dining room, porch and terrace with barbecue, has a space for two vehicles. the house is fenced and the ground floor is rented fully equipped and furnished. And on the first floor there is another totally independent house in which a family lives all year.
It has a small independent studio with private bathroom, ideal for the service.
