The living room is flooded with sun with an adjacent south-facing 18 sqm sun terrace. From here you have a fantastic view of the lake with the third highest mountain in Germany behind it - the Hochkalter with its Blue Ice Glacier. To the side of the living room is the 6 sqm terrace, where you can enjoy the sunrise. The living rooms are equipped with high-quality parquet floors and furniture in an exclusive country house style.
